Pattawee Drake Khaotungkulmethee is the founder, current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of Waanverse Labs Inc., a self-taught software developer whose journey in technology began at the age of 16. Born in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and raised in Uganda, Pattawee's passion for programming was ignited by his insatiable curiosity.

Despite not having a formal university education in computer science, he diligently developed his skills through online resources, open-source contributions, and relentless self-study.

Pattawee Drake Khaotungkulmethee, also known as Lubega Frank, was born on March 05, 2004, to a Ugandan mother and a Thai father. His early childhood was marked by a significant cultural blend, having been born in Chiang Mai, Thailand. At the tender age of 2, Pattawee moved with his mother to Uganda, where they settled.

Growing up in Uganda, Pattawee was deeply influenced by both his Ugandan and Thai heritage. This unique cultural background has shaped his worldview and fueled his drive to excel in diverse fields.

In 2021, leveraging his diverse experience and passion for innovation, Pattawee founded Waanverse Labs Inc. with a mission to revolutionize the African tech landscape. Under his leadership, the company has grown to serve clients in over 5 countries, creating cutting-edge software solutions that address real-world challenges.
